Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Network Marketing Expert to join Cash Back Hospital And Lab. The candidate will be responsible for developing our healthcare network, building relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, healthcare professionals, and customers, and promoting the Cash Back Hospital And Lab model.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the organization’s network of healthcare partners and customers.
• Promote Cash Back Hospital And Lab services and membership benefits.
• Identify new business and partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful partnerships.
• Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Achieve assigned business and network-development targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing partners.
• Prepare basic reports on marketing and network-development activities.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in network marketing, sales, business development, healthcare marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and networking skills may also apply.

Salary & LIC Pension Scheme

• Salary: ₹20,000 per month
• LIC Pension Scheme: The premium for the LIC Pension Scheme will be paid by cashbackhospitalandlab.com.
• The LIC Pension Scheme will be applicable only if the selected candidate continues employment for a minimum of 10 years, subject to the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
