Position: Lab Technician
Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and dedicated Lab Technician to join our healthcare team. The selected candidate will be responsible for sample collection, laboratory testing, maintaining accurate records, operating laboratory equipment, and following quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and process patient samples accurately.
• Perform routine laboratory investigations.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Maintain accurate test records and reports.
• Follow laboratory quality-control and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of samples.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff when required.

Eligibility

• DMLT/BMLT/B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant laboratory experience preferred.
• Freshers with the required qualification may also apply.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Salary & LIC Pension Scheme

• Salary: ₹20,000 per month
• LIC Pension Scheme: The premium for the LIC Pension Scheme will be paid by cashbackhospitalandlab.com.
• The LIC Pension Scheme will be applicable only if the selected candidate continues employment for a minimum of 4 years, subject to the applicable scheme terms and conditions.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Selection will on the basis of merit obtained in job examination or get 100 samples 0f Full Body Test Worth 2000-/- rupees and you will be appointed as visiting lab technician in your city.Two vacancies are there for each city one will be selected through exam and one through job exam.
